Core Capabilities for Industrial AI Implementation — Strengthening the AI Foundation, Boosting Real-Economy Efficiency

Drawing on extensive hands-on experience from HolliCube OS benchmark scenarios, this session analyzes the major challenges currently facing industrial AI implementation, strategies for breaking through them, and the core capabilities of HolliCube OS.

Wu Qiwei (Chief Technology Expert, Hollysys CUBE)

15:20-15:40

2

Generative Efficiency Master — Tracing Losses, Boosting Efficiency Through Smart Manufacturing

The AI Production Efficiency Master empowers lean equipment management. It automatically collects full-scope data on equipment operation, downtime, and quality, automatically calculates OEE, and visually presents losses and capacity bottlenecks. It bridges data silos, eliminates manual data entry, and enables real-time production monitoring and full-process traceability. Leveraging intelligent algorithms to deeply mine data, it precisely pinpoints the root causes of inefficiency and provides early warnings of quality issues, forming a management closed loop of pre-event prevention, in-process intervention, and post-event optimization. By reducing production waste, lowering costs, and raising output, it helps factories achieve an intelligent lean transformation.

Hu Qiaohua (Chief Product Expert, Hollysys CUBE)

15:40-16:00

3

AI-SOP Behavior Detection — Intelligent Supervision of Every Production Operation, Error-Proofing and Mistake-Proofing

Using AI vision to recognize the operating actions of production-line personnel in real time, it guides operators before errors occur and raises alarms with corrections when they do, covering the full range of scenarios such as cycle-time optimization, missing assembly, wrong sequencing, and omitted parts. It has been deployed in industries including inverters, automotive parts, packaging, and precision assembly, achieving a 30%–50% reduction in failure-related downtime, a 15%–30% decrease in defect rates, and a reduction of safety-accident risk by more than 90%.

Xu Zhaohui (Chief Industry Expert, Hollysys CUBE)
